Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing by email. Applicable fees are calculated based on the date this notification is received relative to the event date, according to the following scale:
Up to 60 days before the event: 0%
From 59 to 30 days: 50%
From 29 to 10 days: 90%
Less than 9 days: 100%
